Jacqueline M. Daspit rejoins our firm

Garvey, Smith & Nehrbass, Patent Attorneys, LLC is pleased to announce that Jacqueline M. Daspit, a former in house counsel at multinational organizations, has re-joined the firm as an equity partner.

Ms. Daspit leverages nearly three decades of experience driving strategic value through collaborative business partnerships, risk-appropriate scalable solutions, and innovation. She guides clients in a thoughtful, proactive and creative approach using a combination of trade secret, trademark, patent and copyright protections.

Prior to re-joining the firm, Ms. Daspit oversaw innovation and intellectual property protection at a major medical device company. In addition, she will continue to be a mentor and advisor with Tulane University’s Green Wave Innovation Network.
