Spring Semester 2018-Patent and Trademark Lab at Tulane Law School

Tulane Law School now has a USPTO Patent Lab and a USPTO Trademark Lab.  They started in the Spring Semester of 2018.  Seth Nehrbass and Vanessa D’Souza are leading the Patent Lab.  Nonprofits, startups, or small businesses of limited means that might need patent or trademark help in the USPTO at no cost (other than government fees), can apply for help at the following link, which is an application to participate in the Patent Lab and Trademark Lab at Tulane Law School:  https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/TLSIPLAB.
