New attorneys joining the firm are supervised by several experienced attorneys during a training period. The new attorney receives a sampling of assignments from the firm’s diverse practice. Associates are given as much responsibility as their performance warrants, including early assumption of counseling and client consultation responsibilities.

Associates are encouraged to take an active part in bar and other organizations and to enhance their professional development through writing and speaking engagements.
